Light Pumpkin Frappuccino

Today’s recipe, Light Pumpkin Frappuccino is the ultimate frozen treat and totally addicting for the pumpkin obsessed ones. Over the time I developed quite a pumpkin obsession so for me the happy season just started! It is fall everyone, pumpkin me everything!  Pumpkin my Frappuccino please! And if you still have reserves about this, I should mention that it’s guilt free low fat, low calorie and deliciously pumpkin pie spiced.  Moreover it’s creamy, foamy, fluffy, inexpensive and easy to make. No need to break neither your wallet nor your diet. With few ingredients you can make a Frappuccino at home in minutes. Sounds good isn’t it?

Ingredients for Light Pumpkin Frappuccino

  • 1 ½ cup hazelnut milk
  • 4 tsp instant coffee
  • 100 gr frozen pumpkin puree
  • 4 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 servings light whipped cream

Preparation for Light Pumpkin Frappuccino:

Mix the milk with coffee, agave syrup and the frozen pumpkin puree in a blender, on high-speed until smooth and icy. If the result is too thick pour some more hazelnut milk. Taste the frozen drink and add more agave syrup if needed. Add the pumpkin pie spices. Pour the drink in two tall glasses and top up with whipped cream. Sprinkle with a touch of pumpkin pie spices and it is ready to be served!
